If you are commissioning me, you are defaulted to have read these terms of service. If you do not, your commission would be cancelled and if I have already worked on the commission, payment would be kept by the artist

Rules
♥ I take full payment upfront
♥ If payment is done through Paypal, out of courtesy please cover the fee as well
♥ Your slot is claimed once payment is sent. If I have not received payment, it would be given to the next person
♥ You are allowed 2 changes, but if the commission has been completed/is near completion, only minor changes could be made
♥ Refunds are allowed until I have begun your commission
♥If I began your commission, no refunds are allowed
♥ Commissions would be sent through email or through google drive. You will receive the full resolution image, as well as resizes for emotes and badges
♥ Turnover would take a couple of weeks to a month

Copyright and Ownership
♥ As the artist, I retain full copyrights to the art
♥ I am allowed to promote the art with credit to you, the commissioner
♥ You are allowed to use it as emotes, post it on your social media, or use it in other Twitch assets
♥ You are not allowed to use the art for commercial use, modify, trace, or claim the art was drawn by you
